Daarnaast zal een recente winst- of verliesrekening van minimaal twee volledige boekjaren getoond moeten worden.<\/li>\n<li>Voor gepensioneerden geldt dat het bruto maandinkomen gelijk moet zijn aan minimaal 3x de maandhuur.<\/li>\n<li>Je mag geen betalingsachterstand hebben bij een eerdere verhuurder of hypotheekverstrekker.
