6. Google Analytics
PRSC. Vastgoedcommunicatie uses Google Analytics. This service gives us insight into how the website is used. We use this to gain insight into the use of the website. This usage data is stored on Google’s servers in the United States. Google uses this information to track how the website is used, compile reports on website activity and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google is allowed to provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or to the extent that third parties process it on Google’s behalf.

7. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to measure and improve the user experience of our websites. Microsoft Clarity records pseudo-anonymous visitor data, such as the operating system and platform they use, which time zone visitors have set, their geographical origin when they use our website, how much time they spend on pages and which pages they use, and interactions such as mouse movements, clicking, scrolling, or mouse-overs. When data is collected through recordings, Microsoft Clarity automatically hides entries in password fields and other privacy-sensitive fields. Microsoft Clarity does not collect completed form or personal data. Visitors are assigned a unique ID such that Microsoft Clarity can recognize returning visitors without using personal information, such as an IP address. The last octet of visitors’ IP addresses is set to 0, so your full IP address is never stored. The data is stored for a maximum of 1 year. Using Microsoft Clarity allows Microsoft to receive, store, and use personal data for Microsoft Advertising. You can read more about this in their privacy policy, data processing and data protection in the Microsoft Privacy Statements

8. Changes
We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement unilaterally. This privacy statement has been updated on 11 October 2022.

9. Contact/questions
