The rental apartments in Yvie are located on floors 11 to 29. There are different housing types on each floor. Depending on the size of the apartment, you have 1, 2, 3 or even 4 bedrooms.

Private balcony with loggia
Whichever type you choose, each apartment has at least one private balcony with a beautiful view over the city and/or the river IJ. Some apartments even have a loggia. A covered terrace, where you can sit even when the weather is not quite perfect.

Down to the last detail
All apartments are delivered fully finished. The grey/white Bruynzeel kitchen has a natural stone composite worktop and all necessary appliances. The bathroom is finished with natural stone ceramic tiles. Each apartment has a separate toilet. The larger housing types have an extra guest bathroom and toilet. The light-colored vinyl parquet in the S and M apartments gives the apartments the exclusive look of a wooden floor, but is much easier to maintain. The L and XL apartments have a wooden floor finish. The walls are neatly finished with stucco, ready for painting or wallpapering. So, you immediately feel at home in Yvie.

Living with wow effect
There are four penthouses on the 30th floor, one on each corner of the building. Upon entering, you immediately notice the double storey height. Wow! The huge windows in the living room really give you a breathtaking view over Amsterdam! You can go one step higher via the design staircase. From the loft on the 31st floor, you can step onto the huge private terrace. The terrace is partly covered, so you can enjoy it 365 days a year.
